GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1) Under no circumstances the conception or the delivery will be made before the reception of the entire payment.
2) An e-mail with the terms of payment will be sent to you by the eMashq team except electronic payment.
3) Every request must be law-abiding and respectful of human beings and should not exceed 10 words or we will apply an other price.
4) If for some reasons, the AtlaSoft company can not work on the user request, the user will be notified, the eMashq credit will not be deducted from his account and if he sent money, he will be refunded with eMashq’s points which will be added to his account created on eMashq.
5) If the user receives a voucher from his bank, we will appreciate if he send it to us to ease the matching request.
This refers to bank transfert or western union transfert.
All money transfer fees are charged to the user.
6) Upon receipt of the total amount by credit conversion or money transfer, the calligraphy will be delivered within the following 7 working days.
The user will have 3 days to request adjustments on the first delivery if they are not opposite to his specification message. In that case we will send to him a last delivery with those changes.
7) All modifications requested 30 days after the first delivery, will be subject of a new billing.
8) Any significant change to the initial work will be the object to a new request and consequently to a new payment.
9) The works that are considered as artistic, will be subject to an estimate.
10) All exchanges will be by eMail response in the same queue of the sent eMail.
11) By paying this command, the user declares to have accepted these conditions of service.
